Helpline Family was started by brothers Matt and Zach, who spent years in the field servicing pools, hot tubs and fireplaces.
Our mission
Make expert help easy to reach. Too many owners wait days for a service visit that a five-minute video call could have solved, and too many techs are stuck on a job with nobody to call. We built our helplines to fix both.
How we work
- Real experience. Our techs have repaired the equipment they talk about.
- Safety first. On gas and electrical issues we’ll tell you plainly when it’s time to stop and call a pro on site.
- Honest help. If it’s a simple fix, we’ll say so.
The family
Helpline Family is the parent company of Pool Helpline, Hot Tub Helpline and Fireplace Helpline.
